Uttar Pradesh, India

Dignity first. Learning for every child. Opportunity for every family.

The Prabhat Tiwari Foundation is a new, people-first initiative working towards education, digital skills and community development in Uttar Pradesh — openly, carefully, and with the communities it serves.

Why we exist

Talent is everywhere. Opportunity is not.

In towns and villages across Uttar Pradesh, children are curious, parents are ambitious for them, and young people are ready to work hard. What is often missing is not ability but access — to books, to a quiet place to learn, to someone who can explain, to the skills a changing world now asks for.

The foundation exists to help close that gap in small, practical, accountable ways: listening first, working alongside families, schools and local groups, and reporting honestly on what we do and what we learn.

Dignity

People are partners, never props. No one should feel smaller for having asked for help.

Inclusion

Support based on need — regardless of caste, religion, gender, age, disability or background.

Transparency

We publish what we do, what it costs and what we have learned, including mistakes.

Accountability

We measure honestly and we answer questions openly.

Our focus

Where we intend to work

Eight focus areas, with education at the centre. Each is a proposed area of work — nothing below describes a programme that is already running.

Programs and initiatives

We separate proposed programs from active ones, so you always know what is real today.

Impact

Only verified numbers, or none at all

Impact reporting will begin when verified program data is available.

We will not show estimates, targets dressed as results, or counters. When there is something to report, it will come with its reporting period, method and limitations.
